I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adludio (London, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
After the initial Recruiter mail, we set the date for the interview. After a couple of email I confirmed the time slot for the first interview. Everything seemed wonderful, until at the scheduled time for the interview: nobody contacted me. That’s a great start! So I wrote to the recruiter whom, apologizing herself, asked me to set a new meeting. This time was the right one, I connected on time and saw a black screen, the recruiter had some (real or not, I don't know) problem with the webcam. So I spook with a black screen for about 20minutes, when suddenly the connection of my interviewer dropped. I waited 10 minutes alone in the meeting, until she got back apologizing about the inconvenience. The battery of her computer ran out (Seriously?). We concluded the interview with a positive feedback and she asked my any availabilities for the next week to the 2nd step, with the CFO. Great job! But the initial excitements ended up, after 3 weeks and some emails later nobody yet have contacted me back. That’s some serious way of presenting the company.
The interview process was relatively straight forward. Talked to several kind folks who mainly wanted to hear about my past experience. The interview process took a bit long which was frustrating but expected. Everyone was very kind and answered all of my questions.
