Interview
Interview process consisted of 4 interview stages. First was a telephone screening, second was a face to face interview with line manager, 3rd was a presentatin to a panel and 4th was a final conversation with COO.

Questions were steered much more around skills and abilities rather than experience which, as a more junior candidate I thought made the process extremely fair.
