Interview
Interview process is a joke. These people don't have any clue what they're looking for or how to make a decision. They strung out the process for 2 unnecessary weeks. They ask for your W-2s and paystubs before they'll make an offer, which is illegal in 15 states. They made a poor offer, I counter-offered then they rescinded their offer because they're cowards. If you're a professional leader, stay away from this company. It's a small mom-and-pop shop with no real hiring process or HR practices.
