I applied online and heard back right away. I had a phone interview within a few days. The woman I spoke to was an absolute joy to speak to and made me feel comfortable. After the phone interview I went on campus for an in person interview and guest lesson. Before I taught my lesson they gave me a tour of the school and showed me the classroom I was to teach my lesson in. This really helped me get a great visual for my space. After my guest lesson I was asked to create a pros and cons list of what I thought worked well and what I thought I could improve on. Then we met and they gave me feedback. It was super helpful to hear their critiques. If you do not have a growth mindset this may not be the job for you. You have to be willing to hear feedback (good or bad) The interview went smooth, and at the end of it they offered me a job!
