Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Accruent (Austin, TX (US)) in May 2015.

Interview

I was required to (remotely) take what amounts to a timed IQ test before moving forward w/ an onsite interview. The interviews onsite utilized standard questions I've heard at other interviews. Everyone was very nice. The recruiters were friendly, but had to research many of the answers to questions so it was a time consuming process. I was required to take the test again onsite.

    Interview

    - Recruiting team very on top of things, quick responses, easy interview scheduling
    - Super nice people; culture is a big thing at this company and everyone I interviewed with on three different teams were prepared, chill, and very friendly
    - Lots of mobility apparent in the ranks
    - Good work/life balance type benefits
    - Lower starting salaries than a lot of tech companies in Austin
    - Interviews were almost entirely behavioral; they want to hear about relevant experiences and how you handled them/learned from them more than anything
