I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I spoke with the recruiter at my school's career fair and then applied through my school's career portal. The first round interview is purely behavioral and after this interview they handed out a flier with the details regarding when we would hear back, which was super nice. The second round interview was a two part interview: a case interview and another behavioral interview. The case is mainly a business case (not technical) and the behavioral was very similar to the first round interview. During the second round interview, you will be asked what your top locations are. Most people heard back about the results the following week, but it took longer for my offer to come through because I had requested a different office location and the recruiter needed to negotiate to get me the location I had asked for. Ultimately, I would say this was a very straightforward recruiting process and the recruiters really care about trying to get everyone their first office preference.
