I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch in Apr 2013
Interview
I walked into their store with a couple friends and they handed us cards with application info on them when we were leaving. Filled out the application online, selected one of their interview slots, but I called them and had it changed to a time that was convenient for me. The manager took me to a couch outside the store. The interview was short, three questions. I was the only one there even though it should be a group interview. After, they told me about the look policy. In a week they called me with an offer.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
