Kind people with good questions to prepare you for the job. Very professional setting but still made you feel at ease. Explained the role and their company very well too.
Wasn't much of an interview, they don't hire first time Advisors, I was recruited from Mutual of Omaha. They will want to know about your current business and how you obtain new clients. Additionally your mix of insurance vs investments

I did a three part interview, first met with the VP twice and after that met the EVP at the final interview. If i could describe it with one word, I would say they made it flexible.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AXA (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2020

Extremely direct and timely, made me feel like a valued member of the team, even at the interview process. I very much felt at home at a potential company that I was simply applying to. This feeling was prior to any serious consideration.
