Interview
The interview was a 3 round process. First was very casual, explain the role with personality questions. Second was more in depth detail about the job and qualifications. Third was a presentation.
Kind people with good questions to prepare you for the job. Very professional setting but still made you feel at ease. Explained the role and their company very well too.
I did a three part interview, first met with the VP twice and after that met the EVP at the final interview. If i could describe it with one word, I would say they made it flexible.

Interview
Extremely direct and timely, made me feel like a valued member of the team, even at the interview process. I very much felt at home at a potential company that I was simply applying to. This feeling was prior to any serious consideration.
