I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AWE (Aldermaston, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
Was a fair interview process, had friendly assessors, with a mix of technical and personal strength based situational questions, The group task was challenging as well, but could've been more job relevant.

Interview
More personal than other grad scheme interviews, asked for my most significant piece of work/learning so far. (Think Diss, group project or other big pieces ideally) Obviously requires clearance interview too which was very personal but nothing to be concerned about.

Interview
Initial CV screening with cover letter and application questions.
Followed by an assessment centre with a behavioural interview and technical interview as well as a group presentation section; teamed with others and asked to work together and present a short presentation on a wider question.
I attended an online assessment centre which included a presentation, interview and group work. The presentation was showing your most important piece of academic work you had done (so in my case i did my dissertation) and the individual interview was a technical interview - each for 15 mins.
