Underwent a phone screening with recruiter. Was never asked about my qualifications or even had a chance to tell them about myself, recruiter simply asked if I had weekend plans then jumped to a quick job description and what my hourly wage expectation was. After stating my expectations, she proceeded to tell me it was an entry level job working 8-10 hours per day at $13-$14 an hour. The job description posted a requirement for an associate or bachelor's degree, not entry level. The process overall felt like a red flag since they immediately jumped to wage expectations which were exceedingly low for the requirements of the job. Recruitment process felt like a search for a disposable employee who is willing to do a lot of work for very little compensation.
More of a screening call. Welcoming and talked to a higher up not from the clinic. Was brief and efficient. Overall pleasant process and explained benefits of working there and the community
I interviewed at ATI Physical Therapy (Mountlake Terrace, WA)
Interview
Was quickly called to talk and complete an interview and was followed up with a quick offer. Very nice on the phone but was all done via phone. I felt sort of rushed but they were kind.
Poorly communicated, did not even bother to follow up with me and attempted to hire me for a position I did not apply for. The HR reps did not call me promptly either.
