Interview
After forwarding my resume to the recruiting agency, I was contacted and asked for my salary requirements which were negotiated over a period of 2 days. My resume was then sent to the ATT hiring manager and an interview was requested immediately. There were many positions available and it was obvious I would be a good fit, however the phone interview itself lasted all of 5 minutes.

The hiring mgr already had my resume and there were no questions asked of me in the interview, only when was I available to start work.
