The interview process was structured and professional. It began with an online application followed by an initial screening call to discuss my background, motivation, and interest in ARES. The next stage was a technical interview focusing on analytical skills, problem-solving, and understanding of financial and risk concepts relevant to the role. The final round included a case study and behavioural questions assessing teamwork, communication, and alignment with the company’s values. Overall, the interviewers were friendly and provided good insight into the firm’s culture and project work.
