Assessment and phone interview, followed by a video conversation regarding expectations. Assessment was relatively straightforward and interview was easy going. I would recommend interviewing with this company for the experience.

"A total faff - a mix of too many recruiters/recruitment officers and other hiring admin staff. A series of telephone calls has yielded no progress. They have cold-called and then been unable to provide details as to how contact information has been obtained, let alone confirm the receipt of a CV. They are unable to match skillsets to roles and determine how applications should proceed. I had previously interviewed with Alten; there is a total lack of coordination within the hiring team. Team morale is low, staff do not enjoy their work and do not seem to have a clear process to work from
