Interview
The manager was desperate for associates, so she got very excited when I walked in and asked if they were hiring. I didn't even have to fill out an application. She held my impromptu interview right at the cashier. She just asked if I had prior retail experience, preferably around black friday. I did, so she literally hired me on the spot.
Brief friendly interview felt like I was speaking a with a friend I have known for years. Manager asked about my past employment, why I wanted to work for Aldo.. How I felt about commuting

Interview
Group interview; it was a very casual and comfortable interview as the manager was very friendly and humorous. I applied online and on the same day I got the opportunity to do an interview. The manager would ask us questions and each of us would take turns answering; the manager also addressed their experiences and why they wanted to be apart of Aldo.

Interview
I just walked in and spoke to the store manager briefly after handing her my resume. Had a full interview later that day then 2nd part was to see how I did on the sales floor. Overall hiring process was pretty quick.
