Online application was easy, small assessment at the end.
Interview was relaxed, was asked about myself and given scenarios to which you had to respond what you would do in such situations, then a 5 min maths test, which was basic e.g if an item is £3.46 how much change would you give from a £5 note.

Other candidates and I lined up by the bagging area, waiting for the group interview. We were shown around the store, and brought back by the office to be brought back to the office one by one for individual interviews.

Interview with ASM and one hour ‘experience’ following on shop floor with deps (get involved, this is what they are looking for; taking initiative to ge the work done, teamwork skills, how quickly you pick up or already know what to do).
