Interview
There're several rounds. The first round is a online assessment about mathematical problems, like 87+67=? and sequences problems. Second round is a personality assessment online to determine whether your personalities match their requirements. I Third one would be a 5 mins one-side webcam interview. Fourth would be a phone interview with a senior trader. The last one would be interviews with manager. I failed in the second round and felt it didn't make sense to me.
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
