I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at AEI in Aug 2021
Interview
I applied for the position online. One week later, I received an interview offer over the phone. The interview was just a quick 15-minute session with a recruiter where I answered some basic questions, but I didn't learn much about the position or organization. I was invited the next day for the second round of interviews with my supervisor. It lasted about 30 minutes and was more conversational in tone where I got to learn more about the position. I received an invitation the next day for 2 more interviews and a writing assignment (with 48 hours to complete). The assignment had 3 parts that were meant to show your planning, organizing, and writing skills. For the last 2 interviews, I spoke with 3 colleagues, with 30 minutes per interview. I received my rejection a little over 2 weeks after the last interview. The entire process took a little over 1.5 months. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and they were pretty good at communicating.
