Interview process was straightforward. There were two rounds of interview. There were no technical questions; only questions about experience and opportunities to ask question. Setting up the interviews was quick and easy.

Behavior Base questions. STAR "Situation-Task-Action-Result". They ask questions on your task and challenge you if another approach that could be considered in resolution. They ask details on the approach was taken. What was the your role in the process. Those type items they focused on
- Tell me a bout a time when you failed to meet client expectations? How did you react? What did you learn? Tell about a time when you proposed a different resolution approach? Was it accepted by your leadership? What was the result?

Was in principle not applicable, since I was working as a freelance at a company that was taking over by AECOM and my manager had information of my knowledge since I was working under him for over two years. At that time I specialized in aquaculture and had to travel many times to Europe to obtain specialized knowledge in recirculating water systems to grow fish, but more on the technical aspects of designing such farms.
