Interview
So far, I have completed one campus interview and will be heading to Decatur, Illinois for the remainder of the process in November. I met 2 gentlemen at a career fair and they invited me for an interview the next day at the Business School. The interview was pretty awesome. They told me about themselves and their career path at ADM then they asked me (1) why I was interested in working at ADM. (2) if I could describe an instance where you had to resolve a conflict and how you handled it. (3) would you be comfortable with relocating?

Applied at career fair then interviews at headquarters with 3 different teams. They were nice and asked questions that were relevant to my knowledge and resume. They did ask me questions about my opinion on markets but that was it for technical questions, they really just had a conversation with me which I enjoyed

I spoke with recruiters at a career fair and then was interviewed by two current employees. It was a typical behavioral question based interview. They asked me question about what I knew about the company and about the position I was interviewing for. They left time for questions at the end and encouraged me to ask as many questions as possible.

It was a fun interview. they make you feel comfortable and safe to express why you are a perfect fit for the company. If you got the interview, theres something they like aout you, so they want you to do well.
