Just sat in a room full of people who didn't even come prepared for an interview. I was the only professional who came prepared. The other people came in flip-flops and ripped up shirts, but the company hired them immediately and without any interview. I, on the other hand, was interviewed and then was given the ol' "we'll call ya later" b.s. The only reason I even got the job was because someone from the job site vouched for me. I was the only one at the job site who had a VALID D LICENSE.
