It was a placement pool, students from multiple colleges participated. Students were shortlisted after an online test containing mainly java pseudo code and linux questions. The person who interviewed me was unpleasant and didn't maintain eye contact and looked unattendive. Didn't ask anything related to my resume.

after the aptitude round i was selected foe the technical round and then the hr but the interviewer was kind of upnormal as he was speaking about something on malayalam and was asking crazy questions

There was technical round 1 followed by technical round 2 and then a hr interview. Usually, there would be GD first. But in our case, that round was skipped. In the technical round have a good idea about the projects that you have done.(They may ask code sometimes)
