After a screening interview, i was interviewed by a panel of three employees followed by two engineers who would have been my colleagues. It was a long morning but engaging.
Screening, online panel and then site tour. Alot of behavior questions and are looking for Star method. It was a very long process as it took over a month. Not fast moving

Panel style with 2 rounds. Fairly straightforward and easy to talk to. Did a tour around the plant and got to see what areas the job was related to and also speak with production.
