Interview
Went through interviews with several marketing specialists of different departments before i was accepted into one of them. Questions were about my resume and what I expect out of the internship, bulk of them were fit questions. Interviewers were very friendly which made the interview process very much enjoyable.

What challenges did you face while planning this campaign? (stated on my resume)
Same as a normal job interview, questions asked about work experience and skills. They ask competence based questions about your career experience. Formal process. No trick questions. Friendly interviewer and approachable.

Received email wanting to interview direct from hiring manager after 3 days of application. I scheduled an interview using their calendar link. The overall process was easy. I only made i through the first round

Interview
I applied through third party, the process was fast, I got invited for the interview immediately. During the interview process, the interview asked about my previous emplyment and current employment. The interviewer also very friendly and helpful, they explain in details about the job.
