The interview process felt quite time-wasting. First, they contacted me via WhatsApp for a phone interview, asking basic questions like details about my previous job, reasons for leaving, and why I chose their company and I had to answer in Japanese, and only then would they decide if I’d move forward. The in-person interview wasn’t exactly pleasant. First, the written test was only 15 minutes long you can imagine it was way too short, and I couldn’t finish it. Then there were interviewers bombarded me with questions in English, Japanese, and Chinese, focusing heavily on why I chose their company and why I thought I was suitable for the role. The questions were quite meaningless for me tbh. The office was in a shared workspace. Overall, don’t think it’s worth trying.
