The roleplay is the following: You are provided with a information about a hypothetical customer (information provided in advanced) and he asked a question to hubspot regarding a certain topic related to one product. Your responsibility is to 1) investigate the user (to built rapport) 2) Identify the need/product 3)Evaluate the opportunity 4) Define if the opportunity is worth for the company, meaning, if the company can become a recurrent customer...If yes, arrange a meeting with the user and account executive, If no, close the call. The roleplay is in 3 parts, the first interaction --> Feedback --> and new interaction. Its important to evaluate the potential of the user, and if positive, to CLOSE a date for next meeting between him and account executive and to successfully identify the opportunity, and timeframe of implementation.
