Cons

Huge bullying and harassment culture which management take part in. I was encouraged by staff and managers at multiple work events to bully current and former staff on their physical appearance and beliefs. Zero career progression opportunities. Poor work ethic of staff was told more then once 'keep my head down and just enjoy the free drinks'
