What is a typical working day like at YMCA?

Pros

There was always something new from the programs to facilities to members. I felt like it was a very rewarding job to help people with disabilities grow and learn to do new things or expand their knowledge and skills. The staff were always willing to help out if you needed a shift covered.

Cons

Not very good pay for the amount of work you were doing. It is easy to get burnt out if you are doing a lot of programs.
