Pros
I have been with Whitespectre for almost a year and I can say with absolute confidence that it's been the highlight of my professional career. I learn daily from brilliant people who work hard, cover a wide spectrum of expertise and robust processes. And most of all, on all levels, people genuinely care about employee well-being and career development, and wider issues such as climate change and charity. Also, they generally pick their clients well. I've made great friends in here and most of the people in the company have been around for a good while.
Cons
Nothing major. At times being remote can cause communication issues, but Whitespectre have been doing everything possible to remedy that and establish a truly unique, closely knit remote culture.
Advice to Management
