      Pros

Good people, used to pay well

      Cons

Stupid politics, large layoffs recently, lack of flexibility, 4 days in office + 8 hours in office mandate

      1

Good "benefits" but challenging work environment and layoffs

      Business outlook

      Pros

PTO, Discounted benefits, ESPP, yearly bonus based upon performance, you can take an hour for lunch, most departments are worth it.

      Cons

Mandated overtime for months, in specific departments no culture or morale, managers that are individual contributors, consistent layoffs for stakeholders' goals.

Exhausting work culture with poor employee consideration

      Business outlook

      Pros

      1. Brand name may help your resume initially 2. Some teams can be supportive (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

Management & Work Culture: - The work expectations are extremely unrealistic and unsustainable. -Employees are required to spend 9 hours in the office, and this does not include late-night calls with global teams. In reality, many employees end up working 11–12 hours a day regularly. This applies across the board, regardless of personal responsibilities, including employees with families or children. Managers, in particular, face even higher pressure with extended in-office requirements. - There is a visible lack of empathy from leadership. Employees are often treated as resources rather than people, with little flexibility or understanding of work-life balance. Compensation & Benefits: - Compensation is stagnant. There are no meaningful bonuses, perks, or recognition, and salary growth is minimal. What you accept at the time of joining is essentially what you live with long-term, regardless of your contribution. Job Security: - There is a constant atmosphere of fear due to ongoing layoffs, especially influenced by decisions in the US. Even employees with 10+ years of service are not protected, which creates anxiety and instability across teams. Facilities & Policies: - Heavy investment in cosmetic campus improvements, while actual employee needs are ignored. - Strict swipe-in/swipe-out monitoring creates a restrictive environment where even stepping out briefly feels discouraged. - No flexibility for breaks like walks, gym, or rest during long workdays Work-from-home days are also tightly monitored through tracking systems, and deviations are questioned Cafeteria: - Food options are expensive and average at best, with very limited value for money. Daily meals become more of a compromise than a benefit. Dress Code: - Unnecessarily strict and outdated, adding to the overall rigid work environment. Team Dynamics: - Your experience depends heavily on your team and manager. A supportive manager can make things manageable, but otherwise, the environment can become stressful. Cross-team dependencies, especially with US counterparts, often add pressure. Workplace politics is also not uncommon. Technology & Tools: - The internal systems and tools feel outdated and inefficient. Even basic access requires multiple approvals, slowing down productivity. Processes in the name of security often feel excessive and impractical. Employee Voice: - There is no effective or safe channel to escalate concerns to leadership. - Employees may hesitate to speak up due to fear of consequences.

      My experience

      Software engineer
      Current employee
      Charlotte, NC
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Work life balance and culture can be really great, layoffs are rare as long as the team has the budge, and the company is big enough to obsorb teams that get removed/laid off.

      Cons

Most positions are internal, from my experience its been easy to get pigeon holed into doing work you were not intially hired for. Team restructures happen every few years and can leave you doing work outside your scope.

      Not employee Friendly, Job Security

      Pros

Cab facility, Hybrid modal, nothing else

      Cons

No WLB, favouritism, politics and job security is all time low, they are planning to fire people anytime, old school policies, micro management, whatever you do here will not be useful anywhere outside

      Cons

No job security layoffs are happing bcz of cost cutting and due to huge recruitment at the time of COVID Wantedly give less rating and will target for layoff. No proper hikes min 6 % with rating is meets

Good benefits, but layoffs and parking issues persist

      Business execution consultant
      Former employee
      Charlotte, NC
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Good benefits and technology, they care about the employees.

      Cons

No parking and no reimbursement, a lot of layoffs

      No job security

      Senior systems operations engineer
      Former employee
      Saint Louis, MO
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Good benefits including multiple weeks of PTO upfront

      Cons

No Job security, they will randomly lay off people and post new positions for similar work instead of moving internal personnel. Too many layers of management and constant management changes. Worked for 18 years and had 14 different managers. Siloed job roles limit exposure to different work and job experience.

      Unstable

      Analyst
      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

No Micromanaging, good benefits, good employee support

      Cons

Very unstable, lots of layoffs, no direction, constantly on eggshells as to whether or not you're getting fired. Have to beg to take on work and if they feel you're not doing enough you're laid off.
