Cons

Some of the internal clients were a pleasure to deal with; others were the total reverse. A more internally aggressive environment than other banks I have worked at and much more siloed which did not make for competent decision making. Did not get the sense that this was a brand that employees really felt a pride about representing

Advice to Management

Greater: - communication between different departments: absolutely key to avoid flawed decision making without all of the requisite information - commitment to quality and pride in the brand - focus on dignity in the workplace
