What is health insurance like at TransferMate?

Pros

Career progression opportunities. I personally have grew through ranks in the years that I have been with TransferMate. Health insurance and pension scheme benefits. Can earn some good commission if hitting target. Regular incentives run to reward high performers. Continuous support and coaching provided by Commercial Manager, delegates work and empowers employees and always recognises work well done. If someone is putting in effort and hard work but struggling in a particular role, she will look at skillset and see if there are other opportunities within the organisation where they can excel so talent is not wasted and to retain good people.

Cons

Targets set high and can be very hard to reach at times. Salaries are on the lower end of spectrum however, there is opportunity to earn good commission. Onboarding process is very difficult needs to be simplified maybe spend on some extra tools to help with the client verification process. Different rules for different countries.

Advice to Management

Review sales targets to make sure they are fair and achievable particularly in current climate. Work on simplifying compliance processes to ensure a smoother onboarding experience for Clients.

Does TransferMate offer vision insurance?

Pros

Cons

Managers use fear and threats to manage. Some people left because they had a burnout. Many people were laid off and management did not respect the employees manager who steals clients during maternity leave manager who tries to fire an employee to get his customers and commissions Micro management Inexperienced managers, some of them do not have diplomas Underpaid Some services like the mass payment do not work No CTO and the tech team is lost No OTE No health insurance

Advice to Management

The management should consider more their employees. A happy employee is a productive employee. The company should reward the employees and should encourage internal promotions.

Does TransferMate offer unlimited holiday?

Pros

Most of the staff are helpful

Cons

Extremely stressful company to work for due to short staff issues. Impossible to get time off, or even sick leave at times due to lack of staff which is ridiculous. Often given a large workload meaning you don’t leave your desk an hour after your finishing time, which is unpaid. Salary is also a joke

Advice to Management

Hire more staff and invest in proper training

Pros

Open communication with Senior Management, Directors and CEO. They welcome input and collaboration and value contributions. Management identify and grow talent Great team work and good people with positive atmosphere Flexible working hours Great benefits, health, pension, discounts

Cons

Office space was getting tight before Covid due to additional hires.

Advice to Management

Continue to nourish and grow existing talent whilst also hiring externally. Great careers opportunities which motivates staff
