Good for gaining valuable experience in a variety of areas and roles. Colleagues and managers are great and if you want more responsibility, it is given to you.
Cons
Low salary, communication with HR not the best, graduates received lower bonus than other employees.
Advice to Management
Communicate more with graduates about ability to progress through the company once the graduate scheme finishes.

Top down management No opportunity to work on interesting projects Too much internal work politics No real appetite to make any real improvements in the IT department
Advice to Management
Invest heavily in your Web development + UX design team, otherwise you have no chance of staying relevant in the online media space. Be open to new ideas and look after your IT department better

Annual leave is a plus, but way too many cons
Cons
Lack of training, funding, appreciation and help. Not enough agents and too many conflicting opinions from managers. Systems are majorly outdated and extremely hard to navigate, somehow management find the way to turn this back on you.
