How is management perceived at The Irish Times?

Pros

Good for gaining valuable experience in a variety of areas and roles. Colleagues and managers are great and if you want more responsibility, it is given to you.

Cons

Low salary, communication with HR not the best, graduates received lower bonus than other employees.

Advice to Management

Communicate more with graduates about ability to progress through the company once the graduate scheme finishes.
