Does The Coca-Cola Company offer parental leave?

Pros

The Coca-Cola Company is a wonderful place to work. The vast majority of the people are fantastic and hard working. The benefits are really good including an expanded parental leave policy. People like Kathleen Ciaramello, Chaley Jo Moyen and Jim Dinkens are (were) great leaders who cared.

Cons

Company politics carried far too much weight though perhaps the CEO is trying to change that to some extent. Some of the middle management makes you wonder how they were promoted. There is no on site child care as other companies have.

Advice to Management

There's no advice to give at the moment as a large reorg was announced and 4,000 people across the country are being offered voluntary packages. It will be a very different company when this is complete.
