This company will allow you to work in many technical areas if you show an interest and can learn the process. Occasional free lunch provided to you and a nice selection of coffee for free.

Pros
Great employee benefits like medicare. Good free amenities at work place such as well equipped gymnasium, library with a large collection of materials on almost every topic you can think of, free access to online learning platforms like lynda,linkedin,etc, hygenic cafeteria with a variety of food available at reasonable price.
Cons
Employees can be easily feel stagnated in their career path after a couple of years. Difficult to get good mentors. Unhealthy competition between team members in certain cases can be harmful, as managers often don't do much to resolve conflict efficiently. Senior employees often end up creating a toxic work environment in the absence of close monitoring by managers.
Advice to Management
Managers should focus on getting more team members certified in different technologies. Should also pay more attention to conflict resolution between team members.
