no benefits for delivery drivers thus

The delivery drivers are paid per order and that amount includes fuel and phone. incase they need to pay for the parking during delivery, its not reimbursed by Talabat. though they hire stating the timings are flexible, the system automatically chooses 12-14 hours shift for them each day. the breaks are automatically cancelled if there a new order. adding to all these woes, the drivers dont get paid their salary for 2-3 months at a time. even the tips customers give via app is collected by talabat which they include with salary but take 3 months to give to the staff they have no helpdesk for these drivers as they are outsourced to unverified 3rd parties.
