Does there seem to be diversity at Sutherland?

Pros

Stable company with entrepreneurial flare. Great combination of diversity, respectful and inspiring leadership, inclusive culture which enables innovation and free-thinking. Poised to grow fast with AI & Analytics and new services that promote revenue growth for clients. Solid foundation in what matters most: exceptional customer/employee care and human-centered design.

Cons

The same things that make the company a top choice for some people, may be a turnoff for others. Most of us work from home. I enjoy that now, but some might not. There is a start-up culture, in many ways. I happen to love that... but if you're looking for a place to park, look elsewhere. Sutherland expects everyone to bring their A-game... with a commitment to our clients and our people... every single day.
