Pros

- true virtual company where you can work anywhere - good benefits + options - high concentration of smart, engaged people to work with - shared sense of purpose, goal, outlook - meaningful work -structured, organized company - from CEO down everyone is transparent - constant improvement - annual in person retreats

Cons

It’s still considered a startup and that’s not for everybody, which is ok 👌

What are co-workers like at Snappy Kraken?

Pros

Remote companies culture is always in question. Snappy has laid an incredible foundation for employees to share feedback along with an efficient way for that feedback to be acted upon. Everyone you run into wants to help move the company forward. There is a never ending stream of interesting projects to show off your skills and carve your own path.

Cons

The product isn't where it needs to be to take things to the next level. However, management is aware and investing heavily into making the best fintech marketing software on the market. I have no doubt that they will do so easily.

Advice to Management

Protect the culture and continue to allocate resources to development. Executing on the product faster will be the key to long term success.

Snappy has laid an incredible foundation for employees to share feedback along with an efficient way for that feedback to be acted upon.
