What is health insurance like at Snapdeal?
Pros
Good Environment. Excellent learning for Freshers. Very supportive senior and managers.
Cons
They don't provide group health insurance including parents, pretty good in time off and holidays.

Does Snapdeal offer an employee assistance or workplace counselling program?
Pros
1. Good environment 2. Using latest technologies and open to upgrade as per trends 3. Have their own cloud infrastructure 4. Welcomes new ideas 5. work life balance 6. Ontime salary with no deduction in covid situation
Cons
No extra benefits to employees (in the form of cash, shares, meals, fuels, health). Only health insurance given.
Advice to Management
Gap between management and their teams (in terms of communications and transparency) could be less.
