Pros

1. Great Place to Work 2. Your Ideas are respected 3. Friendly Ecosystem. 4. Leaves are good.

Cons

No Perks and benefits. Only health insurance is provided as benefit

Does Snapdeal offer an employee assistance or workplace counselling program?

Pros

1. Good environment 2. Using latest technologies and open to upgrade as per trends 3. Have their own cloud infrastructure 4. Welcomes new ideas 5. work life balance 6. Ontime salary with no deduction in covid situation

No extra benefits to employees (in the form of cash, shares, meals, fuels, health). Only health insurance given.

Gap between management and their teams (in terms of communications and transparency) could be less.
