What is the company culture like at Realex Payments?
Pros
Great people, nice perks including regular work outings, culture of promoting from within - amazing rate of promotion from the support team. Nice chill out area with pool table and xbox
Cons
Business changed significantly after acquisition and while this wasn't necessarily a negative, it did impact a lot of former employees. Could be a pain waiting to play pool while the guy with the egg shaped head was playing and kept changing the rules to make sure he would always win. Would have been nice to have more holidays also.
