Does Reads Design & Print have any sort of mentoring programme?

Pros

Nothing. Absolutely nothing at all! Its, by far, the worst place I've worked in. I can't even think of 1 single positive thing.

Cons

- I never received a contract - You are expected to do email, queue and take phones. Very VERY stressful and toxic environment. - Pricing is arbitrary - Training is non existent - Space to work is very reduced. - Be ready to be treated badly. If you go/went there to get anything done, you will know what I'm talking about.

Advice to Management

I understand you have to run a business... But some things are just not acceptable.
