Does Primerica offer dental insurance?

Pros

If you do your work nobody really bothers you If you are willing to move to GA there are other departments you might be able to transfer to. pretty good benefits, Heath, Dental, Vision, PTO When they nearly have a fully staffed department it might not be a terrible job when you actually have help with call volume. (only once in a 2 year span)

Cons

Do a lot, get paid little. Extremely high turn over rate: Train people for 2 months and majority of the time they just quit once they are put on calls on their own. High stress job unless you enjoy getting yelled at by the people calling in. Company as a whole is very poorly organized and trained ( A lot of wrong transfers from internal departments. )

Does Primerica have a pension plan?

Pros

Pay raises in commission without signing up new sales agents (Not MLM business). Excellent training with continues training each week. Classes on how to grow and improve our lives, and to recognize our personal weakness that handicap our personal and work habits. Other insurance and investment companies want Primerica trained employees because of the intense training; and those companies will come up to you and make job offers. Provide products to help customers get out of debt, retire financially independent, and find cheap good quality life insurance. Company goes out of it's way to help anyone interested in improving their standard of live succeed. Canadian Gov't invested money into company for their Canada pension plan. Top investment analyst recommend company in books, on the radio programs, and on TV programs.

Cons

Business opportunities are not for the weak at heart. Finding your own customers and future work is real work. This is the same for any insurance or investment company. Company has received a bad name from those looking for fast easy money as sales agents because they need an escape goat to blame other than themselves. Company been falsely labeled MLM and pyramid scheme.

Advice to Management

People wanting an easy ride should never join the company to be a sales person. There is lots of good income if you work for it and listen to the advice of the experienced management. This is the second time I've joined this company because of the training, work ethics, and the positive help management is will to offer to those who ask.
