Pros
- Unrivalled support from your managers, directors and the CEO. Incredible empathy and understanding from anyone you approach within the business when you have an issue or problem, and the follow-through to assist you through that problem - Clear and realistic progression - Hard-work is recognised and rewarded - They have the right ethos and morals, which for a recruitment agency is hard to find
Cons
I can't think of anything huge, some more flexibility working from home after the pandemic - this may already be in the works

Does Osborne Recruitment have any sort of mentoring programme?
Pros
I started while working from home, had a great experience, my colleagues were so helpful, friendly, supportive. Great training and onboarding. Great collaboration through offices Strong, clear communication from managers and colleagues.
Cons
honestly is a great place to work, I don't have any Con's.
