What is overtime like at OneSupport?

Pros

Everything is based off of a script for the most part. I love there pay periods which tend to fall on the 5th and the 20th so I sometimes get a 96 hr check or more. They allow you to work off any points just by working extra hours. They try to make info easy to find.

Cons

They expect phone calls to be 12mins or less which is not a problem except if you have a question you'll have to wait at least 2-3mins inbetween responses. Your told you can work off any points or build points to replace points but there is never any available overtime to do that. You can ask 3 people the exact same question and your gauranteed to recieve 3 different answers for the exact same scenario. 83 percent of the calls have to be transferred but you have to wait at least 4 mins for an approval while your listening to people breathe because holds are frowned upon very seriously. Everything is based off of a call flow but your supervisors never trust you to make the right choice and QA is almost impossible to make. Benefits lame. Hard to communicate with Supers and no one to call at all only IM. They rush training. AND NO ONE IS EVER ON THE SAME PAGE.

Advice to Management

Be as aware as your L2's I don't want to ask my supervisor a question that they can't answer because they have been spoiled by there underlings. Be more attentive to those you know need help such as personal skypes explaining scenarios in depth etc.

Your told you can work off any points or build points to replace points but there is never any available overtime to do that.

Does OneSupport reimburse for mileage?

Pros

The team leaders are the most caring, concerned, amazing human beings I’ve ever worked for! Every TL I’ve had has been absolutely wonderful. I have been promoted twice on two different contracts and am looking forward to a bright future with OneSupport!!

Cons

The only con is the pay isn’t great. However, if you add in that I work from home and don’t use any gas, don’t have to pay for lunches, and the overall convenience of being home with my furbabies, it does make up for a little bit of the lower salary.

Advice to Management

The only suggestion I have is to look at the depth of the different contracts and pay accordingly. Being a level 2 and doing my own work while assisting others is challenging. Being a fraud investigator is very in depth and challenging on its own, but add in assisting others and it’s a whole different level.

However, if you add in that I work from home and don’t use any gas, don’t have to pay for lunches, and the overall convenience of being home with my furbabies, it does make up for a little bit of the lower salary.
