Flexible Schedule. Work from home position

Cons

Cannot assist customers with everything they need Hard to transfer to the right department. Dealing with angry customers for little pay. Take off points for quality phone calls that are out of your control. Cannot advance if you are part time

Advice to Management

Better training for contractors. Allow contractors to do more to assist customers.

What is the retirement plan like at OneSupport?

Managers are easy to deal with and co-workers are always positive Able to work remote and multiple contracts are always available The company actively promotes for L2 and Floor Managers Company does offer insurance and retirement plans

Cons

Only work contracts, no permanent employment Schedules, pay rates, and work loads are entirely dependent on the contract Contract terms may change suddenly and without warning
