Does Oak Fire Pizza offer vision insurance?

Great staff and teams and good social environment. Free food on shift.good pay.

Cons

Extremely disorganized upper management and zero communication. Upper management make changes to rosters and move staff around without communicating to staff involved and no consideration for life outside work. Ban on holidays during summer months but exceptions made for some staff which is unfair. No organisation of holidays and a constant expansion puts huge pressure on staff to fill shifts in multiple locations. No compassion towards staff.commincations sent via WhatsApp groups at all hours of the day. Changes to working times/ positions/ locations without thorough discussions and thought causing conflict between staff members. Little to no training provided in all areas. Staff hours cut and others increased causing conflict. No planning ahead.
