Does Morgan McKinley have a pension plan?
Pros
Excellent client base, supportive culture, nice Dublin office, and some good senior managers within the business. Really good company brand, and ideal to leverage it to move in-house.
Cons
Dreadful commission structure, the lowest in Dublin in fact. Zero benefits bar a 6% pension but this is normal within the recruitment industry.

Does Morgan McKinley offer sponsored degrees?
Pros
Great people, very international, fast paced. Easy to communicate, talk to people and have fun with co-workers. People support each other even in difficult times. You can feel that your colleagues are there to support you when you need it. You will learn about the sales pipeline, growing your customer network, business development, negotiation, professional communication in English, and much more. This job will allow you to learn how to run a store and all aspects of the sales process. Therefore, I think this is a wonderful opportunity for new graduates. There are experienced people in this company and you can learn from them. Being able to shadow is a great opportunity to develop your skills. If you are willing to ask questions, you will get a lot of advice from experienced and smart people. It is very easy to take time off, and I think I have more vacation days than most other companies. This company values working hard and playing hard. If you are disciplined, consistent, and a good individual player, you can make more money at this company than at other companies. I really recommend this company for entry level because you can learn a lot about yourself.
Cons
Not enough Japanese staff in my opinion. The culture is very international which is good, and makes it easy to connect to others, and share about your feelings, for instance. But its easy to fall into the habit of only speaking English, and not learning Japanese. The company should actively promote and give learning support to employees to stimulate their Japanese level. For instance, they could pay the tuition fee of Business Japanese test or JLPT, or simply reimburse textbooks. This would have a highly positive impact on the company culture.
Advice to Management
Hire more bilingual staff, Japanese and non Japanese national. Look for ambitious people who know what they want to achieve here. Also bring back Free Friday. Removing Free Friday has a bigger impact on the employees moral that you think, seriously.
