How is management perceived at Mitchell Stephenson?
Pros
The md of company is brilliant. She is very kind and always looks at wellbeing of her employees
Cons
The director is very rude. Not at all worried about her employees. Behaves as if she owns the employees. Not good management in COVID times. Did not extend furlough, not ready to do part furlough. The arrogance and adamant behaviour of the director and her team is very poor and makes the employees feel sick
Advice to Management
Learn from the md of the company on people management. The director could do with a lot of learning from the md. With her behaviour, its not long before her employees leave.
Not good management in COVID times.
