Advice to Management

- Find younger, more progressive, diverse and courteous leaders. - Switch to Google for email and file sharing. Much more fluid experience with more options.

Pros

Fellow teammates are lovely to work with There are fridges to store your food in There is a coffee machine in the breakout area Showers are handy - the facilities are nice.

- no benefits - the bonuses are 9 euros per deal bruto... - micromanagement - loads of speeches to have people work harder and make money for them but that's the goal

Advice to Management

Continue investing in your employees, they are your greatest asset. I’m grateful for my time at MarketStar, and am honored to have some very well known brands on my resume. The majority of my employment with MarketStar was a positive experience and helped me gain knowledge and skills to accelerate my career, but unfortunately my time here ended in a negative way. There were serious allegations against my direct manager and neither the reporting employee or the rest of the team were taken seriously by HR. The manager still works there, but the entire team has left. I do believe that the individuals in HR that worked with us through this are no longer there, so hopefully the HR department has improved, and is a safe place to share complaints. It was the worst experience with a highly sensitive HR situation that I have ever experienced.
